Can you save hair dye/conditioner mixture?

I just finished applying the dye for my hair! I did a pastel purple, it's just manic panic mixed with conditioner. I have a lot of leftover mixture, can I save this for another application?

Yes since in this case Manic Panic. But I don't think you can with ammonia hair dyes.
