Hey girlies :) I was just wondering if anyone has tried this. I have oily/combo skin and I'm looking for something light but will still give me medium coverage. also, would this be a better choice or the foundation in the plum-ish tube because if I get that one I plan on mixing in my moistuizer to sheer it out.

The Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer... I got 2 full size bottles as a gift.
It's very nice and has sheer coverage, did not cause my any break outs or irritate my sensitive skin.
I have dry skin, and it does get oily... it's very similar to the L'oreal Lumi foundation incase you want to try out something less expensive. (However, I found the lumi foundation to make me look like a grease ball a lot faster than Laura Mercier's.)
The foundation in the plum colored tube... are you referring to her full coverage foundation? You need only a very little amount with it and looks beautiful and luminous buffed out. I did prefer it over the tinted moisturizer and it will probably hold up to your skin better than the tinted moisturizer.
If you really can, look into Urban Decay's naked skin foundation... I do prefer it over both those product and it looks absolutely gorgeous!
