I was thinking about splurging on a really good primer but not sure if it's worth the money. What do you guys think? Can a really good primer make a huge different? If so, which one?

Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer has been the best primer I've tried...and I've sampled quite a few.

Do I think a primer makes a huge difference? Yes and no. If you have a few skin issues that give your base grief then yes. Myself personally I don't ultilize primer every single day because I rely on my skincare program so I don't have to rely on adding another step in my makeup application.

I agree with the hourglass primer. There aren't many others that have wowed me.

The it cosmetics one that also works as a serum is good too if you have dry skin.

I agree Maybelline primer and it works just fine for me I tend to buy more expensive foundation because that's the most important makeup step for me personally

Thank you girls:) what are your thoughts on Porefessional?

Porefessional is a very good primer. I've tried it and I love it. It's best for filling in pores so if you have that type of skin I would recommend it. Also the smashbox primers are great and the Makeup forever equalizer primers. I know they're on the high end but those are the ones I've tried. Plus you can always get a sample at Sephora to try them out before buying! I haven't tried any drugstore primers though. Hope that helps!

I would definitely say that primer makes a difference for me. I personally don't like the Porefessional on myself because I have very dry skin and it tends to ball up, but if you have normal to oily it's good. I really like the L'oreal pore vanisher

I think primer makes a difference depending on the skin type. If your looking for opinions on the porefessional it's an okay product if your looking for a drugstore primer that works great use "NYX shine killer" works amazing & keeps you matte!

I have dry skin as well and many things also ball up on me, including high end products. I don't like the porefessional either, I don't think it does any good to my skin.
