Nope! No bra at night! No bra when I'm alone either haha. I have a large chest 36E. And as for the sagging building muscle can help but a lot of the time is has to do with skin elasticity. Staying hydrated helps with collagen production which keeps your skin tight and your chest nice and perky. Rapid weight loss also effects boob sagging. I'm a bio major concentrating on human anatomy so I've kind of looked into the topic a little bit.

I have a small chest so no bra for me! Sometimes I even go out with no bra, there's really no difference!😂😅

I'm a 38DD and it honestly depends. If I wear a vest top, I wear a bra to avoid them flopping out but if I wear a tshirt or hoodie I don't wear a bra. And if I'm exercising, I wesr industrial strength over-the-shoulder-boulder-houlders!

That's definitely possible and in that case you may have to resort to surgery to get it fixed - but congrats on your weight loss :)

Maybe It's because of my weight loss.

It's important to let your body breath while you sleep so it is best not to wear a bra

You can do push ups or at the gym they have machines that target the chest you can use but at home push ups would be the best thing to strengthen the chest and upper body and arms - also planks from yoga also can help - otherwise sagging is natural and comes with age - no matter how big or small your bust is - it's just a fact of life - so even if you do exercises it's just strengthening your chest which lies underneath it all and may not necessarily stop the sagging it just gives the appearance of a more perky chest with the muscles.

Hey Appi, I do go to the gym, but I don't do anything special for my chest. I just have a smaller/average size so they don't sag. There may be some videos on youtube but I don't know how much it helps with sagging!

I prefer to sleep with no bra, but I'm breastfeeding and co sleeping with my little one. It just makes it easier for her to latch on while I can get (some) sleep. I have 34 h when empty and 34 I when fully engorged. lol have the time I'm out and forget to put on a bra, but I'm a comfort first kind of person.

I used to wear bras all the time but I didn't sleep in them. I loved wearing them but now I loathe them! I don't have much boobs so I hardly wear bras, no one's going to notice and it so comfortable. When I wear a bra, the first thing I do when I start getting ready for bed is take it off and every time I do I say "Ahh freedom!" lol.

HELL NO! I have pretty big boobs and can't sleep in a bra. It gets all twisted and uncomfy. I'm annoyed just thinking about it lmao.

Also some unpublished studies have shown that wearing a bra causes sagging - but the results are not conclusive so doesn't mean it's true - this women's magazine article talks about the French study here: http://www.womenshealthmag.com/health/should-I-worry-about-wearing-a-bra.

The sagging thing is a myth and there hasn't been any studies to prove it - but one girl did an experiment on herself that I saw and she tried one year no bra (ever) and one year always a bra and she didn't notice any difference in sagging - if anything sagging just comes with age - and the only way to prevent it is to strengthen your chest muscles.

I'm an average cup size, and sometimes I fall asleep with a bra on (usually when we have company, because I hate not wearing a bra around people. so I'll keep mine on when I change into PJs and then take it off when I hit my pillows. but there are the few times that we all stay up until 2am talking and what not and I'll crawl into bed forgetting it on. when I wake up, my chest hurts so bad. my ribs feel bruised and lungs feel compressed and my boobs are itchy and sweaty. I seriously can't

I'm only a 36B so I never wear bras at home. I find them so uncomfortable so the minute I step into my house, it comes off. Also recently, I havent even worn bras out much either. Therr is absolutely no sagging so when its sweater season I just wear a tank or a sportsbra under my sweaters.

I heard some people say that your boobs will start saging if you don't wear a bra or a sports bra at night if you have big cup size... but I wear a sports bra..
