I have dry hyper pigmented skin and I am looking so hard for a FULL coverage foundation. I have already tried born this way and it wasn't full coverage enough. Any suggestions? Going to Sephora tonight.

I'd suggest Dermablend, but Sephora doesn't carry it. I know Ulta does. It's top notch full coverage. I use it to cover my tattoos for dance competitions. It doesn't budge at all.
At Sephora, they carry Cover FX, which offers full coverage

Full coverage for dry skin can be a little tricky since most full coverage foundations tend to show any dry patches more due to the opacity of them I believe. I would try a cream one since they tend to have emollients and don't dry down unless you set it.
Also get a good moisturizer to use under and a primer so it blends in easier.
I'd suggest the RCMA foundation, CoverFX total Cover Cream, MAC Full Coverage, Dermacolor by Kryolan and even the Bobbi Brown Stick Foundation which has a little more slip and is pretty good for dry skin

Thank you ladies :) I have the kat Von d and it's my favorite I love the coverage sooooo much but it's breaking up on my skin. Any tips on making it work for my skin? Maybe mixing with lotion?

I would use a very think moisturizer let it sink in for maybe 5-10 minutes for your skin to absorb it then your primer then foundation (I don't know if you use primer ) I get dry spot and that's what works for me

@abby I had the KVD and while the coverage was nice I actually kind of hated the foundation. It separated on my skin like you said and would sink into my pores after 2 hours
I recommend a liquid foundation with medium coverage for the whole face and a good moisturizing concealer for the areas that need extra attention.
You can also try a color correcting primer on the problem areas then go over with a good foundation. - I've personally been using the NARS luminous which actually has great coverage for as light weight as it is, on days where I feel I need more coverage I drop in some cover FX drops which completely cover any and every possible "flaw" In your skin. It's the most amazing thing ever :) lol
