Also love Too Faced's for smooth, long wearing color. Really great for ightlining as well.

I dry my waterline with a Q-tip. Then glide. Air dry and then pack with shadow for extended wear. I think the Pixi is fab, even if you don't pack it.

I've searched far and wide for an eyeliner to last a whole 12hr shift. I really like Marc Jacobs, Nars, and Urban Decay. the only issue with the UD ones is they do transfer, for instance I only use it for work on my upper inner rim and find it ends up on my bottom. Neither tend to bleed elsewhere or give me racoon eyes.

I don't know if your countries have it but we have a Woolworths which have their own brand kind of nice name eyeliner and it last long and is nice and smooth
