So I suffer with blue veins down my face very dark and can't cover.

I'm sorry, but you will need to consult a derm about permanent options. Often there are treatments, such as lasers, for example. If that is not an option at this juncture, you could try a color corrector that is yellow toned and a full coverage concealer. You might also look into  Dermablend.

What color cancels out blue? Purple? 🤔 try using a purple concealer or primer & get back to me. I'm down to help figure this out 😊

Melissa, yellow should cancel out blue, but a salmon will also work on purple - based veins...at least in my experience.
