Usually breakage in nails has to do with not having enough vitamins in your body. That's usually the case with me when I stop taking my multi vitamins!

I've been getting sns nails and mine haven't broken since. It's hard to explain but it's a system that builds up your nail. If you google it there are explanations of it that'd be better than mine lol:)

I use liquid gel and enjoy my own nails...as long as I please, without breakage and no need for tips.
