I'm very fair skinned, freckled & have very dry skin. I have green (very green) eyes and red hair. I recently added golden highlights to my hair and it's very warm, yet becoming. As a whole, I gravitate toward the "purple" family of eyeshadow & yellow based, bright pink lipsticks (matte, satin & frost) & some purple shades too. I need help with foundation; I usually don't wear any & just use a mineral veil, if anything. I just purchased Hourglass, Ambient blush, magenta w/gold and it's beautiful. I wear eyeliner, preferably gel, sometimes liquid (usually Urban Decay). I need help finding a foundation, with a dewy, glory finish; please advise??

Hmm, when you mentioned dewy I immediately thought about Nars. Nars Sheer Glow will give you such a beautiful glow! That kind of glow that has ppl complimenting how pretty and young your skin looks.
Nars All-Day Luminous is also a real good foundation but it is less showy/glowy than Sheer Glow. It gives nice, sheer coverage.
When I had dry spots, both of these foundations didn't cling onto my dry patches so I believe it will do the same for you (:

Sheer glow is a great option but your skin sounds similar to mine and my new very favorite foundation it Too Faced born with it. It doesn't cling to my dry patches which there are a lot of and once it's on I cannot feel anything like my skin feels like there is absolutely nothing on it. I love it.

I don't like to hide my freckles so I use very little just to even out my skin tone but you can build it up to full coverage if you do like to cover yours though.

I agree with Angela! The Too Faced Born This Way foundation is very soothing to the skin since it is made with coconut water and such. I also find that coverage is easily build-able AND leaves a luminous glow without clinging to any patches (:!

Have you thought of a tinted moisturizer?? Nars Radiant TM is really good: glowy but natural finish, SPF and sheer, almost medium coverage.

Maybelline Fit Me foundation line came out with a dewy finishing one. I haven't tried that one in particular but I use their matte + poreless one and it's currently my fav.
