I am new to makeup. I really want to have a simple everyday eye makeup. Can you help/teach me how and what I can do?

I normally just do black mascara and if I'm feeling a little more makeup that day I'll use eyeliner and/or a brown shade in my crease

I usually put just a light eyeshadow on and mascara.

My daughter is a senior in high school and she just uses a deep black mascara and lipstick, she keeps her eyebrows to perfection but dosent use anything on them. When she does want a little extra of a look I just use like a naked basic pallet on her eyes and a bit of thin liquid black liner on the top of her lids, but only a very thin line to make her natural lashline pop. Instead of say pink lipsticks we will use a red, a nice flattering shade of blush nars albatross just to give her a subtle highlight, she does not wear foundation.
