I am in love and stand by MUFE Aqua eyes! I use 2L and it stays in the waterline ALL day! I also love the ABH waterproof creme colors those are very hard to remove however stay and do not budge!

The K Palette 1 day Tattoo eyeliner is VERY waterproof. It's a Japanese brand, liquid liner but they also make a pencil version.
On YouTube ClickNetwork has a video putting it to the test and it held up really good even with the oil test. I'm not exactly sure how people manage to get the liner off though lol
