15 isn't a lot on UD, the Naked Skin foundation is 27 in House of Fraser/Debenhams/Harrods/Selfridges, etc. But I love the 24/7 eyeliners and the eyeshadow Midnight Cowboy

Primer Potion. I like that it's not so opaque in color compared to the Pro-Longwear Paint Pot I have.
It doesn't wash out the eyeshadow a when it comes to flash photography

That's a tough one since the majority of their products are $20 and over. The UD website has their 24/7 liquid liners on clearance for only $6 so you could buy a few of those. I really like the them, the brush is super small and it makes application a breeze.
Otherwise I agree with Ashley that you should check out their travel sizes. I know you can get their setting sprays, 24/7 eyeliners and eyeshadow primer potion in travel size and I believe they are all priced right for your budget.
If you do decide to splurge and spend a little more I also love their Naked skin foundation and Revolution lipsticks!
