What's the (if it's high end preferably available at Sephora or Mac) velvet/satin finish foundation under or around $35? By satin/velvet I mean semi-matte, but not drying or pore-accentuating. Thank you!

I have been wanting to try the ud naked foundation kitty...is it a long lasting foundation how is it holding while it's humid...it think I will give it a try I just tried it on the back of my hand I rilly liked the texture of it...
