My hair falls out every time I wash it. A decently large amount of hair falls out when I shampoo. its not my shampoo, I've tried many different shampoos and nothing changes. is it maybe because of my wavy/curly texture? help!!

What exactly do you mean by "falls out"? is it big chunks or just a few strands of hair? I have thick, wavy hair & always lose lots of strands when I'm in the shower, brush it, style it, etc. it happens to everyone so it could in part be because of the texture! but if you mean large chunks are falling out then I'm not really sure 😁

Everyone looses hair in the shower. I don't think it really has to do with the texture (not sure) Describe what you mean by chunks?

If it's just strands but a lot of them, try washing your hair different. if you've every been to the salon and had them wash your hair, wash it how they do. massage your hands through your scalp for a while and then move on to the ends of your hair. when you wash the rest of your hair be sure not to pull. when you take warm/hot showers, your follicles get bigger so your hair is more likely to be pulled out easy. hope this helped!

Actually you're only supposed to lose around 50-100 hairs a day. anymore and it could be a problem.
