Suggestions? Eyeliner for teary eyes!

Do you have any suggestions for waterproof/smudge proof eyeliners? Every kohl liner I use still smudges on me. I'm always tearing! Any suggestions for wing liners and pencil liners?

Sabrina is right. I wore my Inglot gel liner last night and it was crazy humid and hot...and even after all day and a very late night my liner didn't budge. Even when I wiped it..soaked it with a cottonball doused in Bioderma...NOTHING. Comes off easily with Coconut oil or sweet almond oil. They sell it right here on Beautylish.

I agree with Sabrina & Rozberry Inglot gel liner is awesome, it won't budge.I like to call it the concrete liner lol :)

Shannie, have you tried drying your waterline with a q tip or tissue first? That's what I have to do on my watery eyes to get it to stay, but after that it doesn't budge.

Is it being put on your waterline?
I personally love the Chromagraphic Pencils by MAC they're the stick version of the Chromaline eyeliners.
Just make sure when you put any liner on that the skin is dry especially on the waterline, I use a cotton swab an then make sure the liner has time to dry.

I've been doing winged eyeliner for about a year now and I wear it every time I go out, and I highly recommend the Stilla Stay All Day Liquid Liner. Last year I was crying the whole day at school because we were having a service for my friend that had passed away and it stayed put all day and everyone girl asked me what make up I was using because mine stayed put and still looked amazing while theirs was running down their face??

I love the NYX Slide On, Glide On, Stay On, & Definitely A Turn On Waterproof Extreme Shine Eyeliner! It's amazing! Not sure why it says "Extreme Shine", because it's matte-but nonetheless an awesome eyeliner! Definitely worth the try!
