This is a very new eye look for me but I'm loving it! I was dying to use the shade Burgundy in my Lorac Pro Matte Palette and decided to try doing a smokey eye with that color. I'm not the best at smokey eyes, I really don't wear them, but I thought it would be the perfect way to showcase that shadow. Any constructive criticism is greatly appreciated!

Face:
-NYX Color Correcting Concealer
-Kat Von D Lock It Tattoo Foundation in Light 48
-NYX HD Concealer in Light
-Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette
-MAC Mineralize Blush in Warm Soul
-NYX Illuminator in Ritualistic

Brows:
-IT Cosmetics Brow Power Universal Brow Pencil

Eyes:
-Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Primer
-Lorac Pro Matte Palette
-Cattiva Waterproof Retractable Liner in Black
-Tarte Lights, Camera, Splashes

Lips:
-NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Rikugien

First I started with the green color corrector and applied it to my dark spots and redness and used the yellow corrector under my eyes, applying with the RT Detail Brush and blending in with the RT Miracle Complexion Sponge. I applied and blended my foundation into my skin using the RT Expert Face Brush. I applied my concealer under my eyes in a triangle shape and also on the chin, Cupid's bow, down the nose, and on the center of the forehead and blended with the RT Miracle Complexion Sponge. I set under my eyes with the KVD shade Lyric and the rest of my concealer with Lucid. I contoured my cheekbones, chin, and jawline with the RT Contour Brush and the sides of my nose with a MAC 217, using the shade Sombre. I applied my blush with the ELF Bronzing Brush to my cheeks and my highlighter to the tops of my cheekbones, down the nose, and on the Cupid's bow with the RT Fan Brush.

I softly filled in my brows with the brow pencil.

For the eyes I applied my primer from lash line to brow with my finger. I applied the shade Latte into my crease with the ELF Blending Brush and blended upwards as a transition color. Next I applied Burgundy onto the lid with the RT Base Shadow Brush and blended it into the crease. I also took it across my lower lash line. I highlighted under my brow and in the inner corner with Bare. I applied my liner to my tight line and waterline and applied one coat of mascara on the bottom and two on the top.

I applied my lip color straight from the tube.

Thank you, everyone!

Tiffany, my lower lashes are pretty long so I wanted to keep the shadow on the lower lash line relative to the length of my lashes. The blowout really works for me!

I kept forgetting to post the eyes closed picture, sorry! I know it looks messy/muddy, I think I need a new or different brush to blend with.

Your face looks to flag almost I recommend putting on more bronzer especially with the eyeshadow you want to balance out the makeup.

Thank you, Genevieve! (:

Hailee, I'm sorry but I don't understand "looks to flag", did you mean too flat? I don't really wear bronzer and I wanted the eyes to be the main focus.
