My skin tends to be more on the oily side.
Max price range is ~$20-30 ish
I just wanted to know where to find a good eyeliner (no smudging), eye shadow, basic stuff :)

Loreal infallible pro-matte foundation $12.99

Concealer- maybelline fit me $6.99

Powder- Rimmel London stay matte pressed powder $4.99

Eyeshadow- L'oreal infallible eye shadows $7.99

Eyeliner- much curve eyeliner $14.99

Thank you May let's hope this gives you more feed back on your thread from the community,I'm sure they'll be very helpful.For eyeliner my recommendation would be Inglot gel liner it's amazing and the lasting power is like concrete it's only $13
As for shadow's so many have upped their game it's wonderful from all price ranges. :)
