So I've never ever painted my hair and I'm thinking of doing lights my hair is naturally dark brown and I wanna do like light brown lights , do y'all think I'll damage my hair a lot? I'm really scared. I wanna do it like the picture shown here. what do y'all think? I'm just thinking of doing it this time just one time and that's it.

Dying your hair will damage it, but you can minimize that damage by taking care of your hair afterwards (like using serums and not using heat to your hair)

I don't think it'd need a bleach, it should be fine if done professional

You'd need bleach but don't worry. Bleach doesn't really do any damage and as long as you take care of your hair nothing will go wrong. But with that little amount of bleach and processing, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Trust me, half of my hair is bleached almost white from dark brown, but it hasn't really damaged my hair at all.
