Well my best tip is starring from the inside out, make sure to drink water and have a good diet, make sure you take a daily vitamin, and deep condition your hair 1-2x a week, a scalp massage also helped circulate the blood flow to the head :)

I have noticed personally that my hair grows fastest over extended periods of time without using heat. I would suggest finding no heat methods that work for you and using just those for a few months. Its amazing how much of a difference it makes in hair health!
