Physicians formula talc free make up is good! It has light coverage but it doesn't bother them and make them bigger.

Hi, Lilly -
What's your skin cleansing regime?
If you don't already, I would suggest using a scrub brush with your everyday cleanser to get a deep, down clean complexion. When you say on your head, do you mean your forehead? What hair care products are you using? That could be a factor, as well.
Wash your pillow case weekly.
Stop touching your face. (Piercers will tell you to not touch fresh piercings - our hands are VERY dirty!!)
Have you changed your laundry detergent, recently?
Drink lots of water and exercise! More efficient perspiration in addition to hydrating more often will also prevent acne. As you drink more water and perspire, sweat is cleaner and clearer, which will also help prevent pore blockage, oily skin, and acne breakouts.
