Elf! Eyes lips face. I will only wear elf makeup and it's so inexpensive and never animal tested and the best quality I've tried (they give you tinier tubes though). Do it <3

Hautelook.com definitely but you have to be on the look out for when the good brands are on sale. Cherryculture.com is a good one also.
