Make sure to clean it at least two times a day with saline solution only.
So non iodized sea salt and warm water.
Then get a cotton ball or q-tip (I used both) and just clean it with the saline solution. Also, don't put any makeup by/on your nose piercing until it heals.
don't clean it with alcohol either.

To add to what Les said, be careful drying your face! I have yanked out nose studs soooo many times, getting caught on the little loops on towels. Not terrible when you're fully healed, but it definitely won't feel good when you're freshly pierced. I would also recommend picking up a spare stud, because they can fall out and when it's still healing, can close up pretty fast.

What type of back do you have on it? I had a corkscrew one and that was a BUGGER to get out when I wanted to change it out for a hoop! Ditto to the care instructions above - don't over clean it, either. It will heal quickly and you won't have any problems with it as long as you care for it properly through the healing process. Enjoy! Looks great. :-)
