I'm getting box braids with fake hair to make it longer will it wreck my hair?

Depending on how tight you braid your hair, then it shouldn't damage it. Also, are you getting a sew in? Just make sure you go to a professional who knows what they're doing.

Just don't get it to tight on the edges or else it will cut. Otherwise I have box braids rn and they don't hurt. Or wreck hair. It's a protective style so it helps to protect your hair while helping it grow.
