Tightline with black on the upper waterline to fake the apperance of fuller lashes (which really draws attention) and use a white or nude eyeliner on the lower waterline. Also, if you really want your eyes to pop, try falsies!

Use white liner for the waterline and don't use black eyeliner for anything it makes it appear small.

I agree with the black upper waterline and the white or nude (I use nude) bottom liner. if you don't want to spring for falsies, or don't know how to apply them, here's a great, simple trick to mimic the look: apply a layer of mascara to your lashes. Dust a Q-tip with baby powder and spread on the underside of your lashes, then reapply your mascara. it's what I did today - see the pic - this is with only 2 coats of mascara and the baby powder inbetween! I would've done more, but I'm wearing glasses today and my lashes are already scraping on the insides of my eyeglasses.

PS - eyes are read from my desk fan pointed at my face - I didn't get any baby powder in my eyes.
