Champagne Pop, it's peach and gold tone. Gives a nice finish off the skin. It's feels feels wet but it's not I love mine! I made a dip in it and I just got it last month it is the only highligher I use. It is limited edition.

Soft and Gentle isn't as finely milled Becca Champagne Pop. If you like bida bing bada boom effect then go for SG but if you are new to highlighting and want something a little more on the subtle side go for Becca.

I think Champagne Pop is more intense than Soft & Gentle. Champagne Pop looked more gold on my skin than Soft & Gentle.

I have both and I agree with Shelley.

I disagree with Shelly, champagne pop is more intense.
I perfect champagne pop because the formula is so buttery and pigmented.
Soft and gentle has chunks of glitter in it and isn't pigmented at all.

I would definitely go with Becca's. It is my holy grail of highlighters I think! Becca's is sublte and looks glowy vs glitterly I'm totally wearing a highlighter look lol. I just got Beccas a few weeks ago and I am loving it. It is easily the best highlighter I have tried so far.

I searched both highlighters next to each other (it's 2 swipes for both). champagne pop is on the left and soft & gentle on the right. The pigmentation is very intense for both. However as Shelly mentioned Becca is definitely for finely milled. I own 3 Becca highlighters and the powders are so velvety and smooth, definitely different than MAC. Soft&Gentle was my first highlighter ever and I love it. They can both give a beautiful intense glow in my opinion depending on how you apply it. There's a $6 difference between both... And if I had to choose one it would be Becca. :)

I have both and prefer Becca. They are both nice but I find Becca softer and smoother. MAC is sometimes too glittery and chunky. Honestly though, either one is a good product.

I just returned my Pop. No thanks, glitter gold dust. :(

Rozberry, champagne pop doesn't have one spect of glitter at all.
It's more dewy.

Les, I didn't care for the gold. I found it too shimmery for my tastes. Most are in general...even ones others use and enjoy. :/

Becca is way more intense, the Mac one you can build or do it normal. Personally I would get becca and then if you still want the Mac one you can get it because it's not limited edition, but they're both very beautiful.

Reny, I admittedly love it on darker skin tones. I've seen it on paler skin and some truly look lovely..just not me. haha I just didn't feel like it enhanced my own skin in a way that I felt pretty. Everyone seems to love it...alas, it was not meant to be...lol

Exactly, Reny! Ms Jacqueline had recommended Hourglass and I believe Candlelight if memory serves for powders and Nars Cabana for cream. I did try the Nars and felt in indoor lighting that ran dark, it looked lovely, but even with a light hand in tge day, I felt it was too much for me and returned it. I need to go sample the others in Sephora and then spend the day in them to see how they look and how I *feel* wearing them. I thought they would scrape a little powder or have ready tiny samples for such pricy products, but no such luck for me...and Sephora is not close so that's a bummer. I do love MAC Strobe Cream and occasionally use high beam, but I just wanted a bit more. I am not a powder person as I run dry and even though I have soft and hydrated skin from my skincare and products, powder highlight just doesn't seem to play nice for me. At night, I use a shadow for a hint of shimmer or glitter for now, but everyone looks so lovely in these highlighters that I could not resist my urge to test the waters. I did discover, through Ms. Jacqueline, By Terry Hyaluronic Powder for foundation, but am on a no buy til the holidays. If they made a highlighter like *that* perhaps I too could enjoy more glow. Maybe it is just me, but pop seemed to shimmer and I was very good with blending and such so farewell, pop. I was glad to have my cash back. ;)
