Hi everyone!
I just wanted to know if anyone has good tips to keeping me their fingernails healthy. I wear nail polish often so my nails can become pretty unhealthy at times. Any advice?

Always moisturise your hands, especially after using nail polish remover. You can also purchase a nail strengthening polish and a cuticle oil or balm can help Nourish the nail. Try giving your nails a break sometimes from being polished too often, sometimes they need to breathe.

I agree with everything Becca mentioned. I always carry a good hand & nail cream with me to use throughout the day. And I give my nails a break from polish and wear nothing at all or a strengthening clear polish.

Couldn't agree more with the ladies above 😊 Sometimes I use coconut oil and massage it into the cuticles! Makes them really moisturized and healthy 😊

My nails have become super healthy after one year without nail polish :) of course if you use high quality polish (Zoya is the best in my opinion), you don't have to worry about your nails not breathing, but mine were suffocating so I've been keeping them naked. And of course moisturizing is very important as the ladies above said :)

To keep my nails looking good I would always do this:
remove the nail polish, wash and lightly dry my hand, stab half a lemon with each nail (make them white and sparkly), moisturize my hands and use an oil on the nail, let my nails breethe for a day before polishing them.
If you're nails look too bad to be left naked, a light colored polish might be better than a highly pigmented won't

I also heard treat nail polish is good and good for your nails, I haven't tried them yet, but will post when I do.
