I suggest to avoid drinking milk and products from milk, also avoid refined sugar, and saturated fats. Your skin needs to calm, you can make a oats fluor mask and use apropriate products for your skin type

Thanks guys! :) and I'm not using any actual product right now I'm just washing it with a rattle snake bar soap that my mom buys for herself I don't know if it helps buy I'm just using it to wash my face and I'm avoiding using too many cosmetics but.

Rattlesnake soap is popular in Mexico and I've seen it, but never used it. From what I understand it is to target oily skin, but since you are still breaking out, it may actually be drying out your skin. In return, your skin would create more oil to protect it, only that increases bacteria and you may find yourself in an acne loop. I personally think that tea tree oil cleansers with salicylic acid and a gentle moisturizer, like CeraVe or Cetaphil might be another avenue to consider. Garnier has a Salicylic line targeted at acne and oily skin. Green tea, drinking and using as a face rinse address bacteria and inflamation. Evening primrose oil, Jojoba or sweet almond oil may help as well. Evening primrose naturally fights bacteria. Cotton pillowcases changed every 3rd day could also show improvement. What foundation do you use?

Omg thank you so much! I greatly appreciate it :) I think I'll try out Cetaphil and a Salicylic cleanser? and I don't use any and it's really hard not to since I have so many flaws it's just that I think they clog up my pores and just don't work for me is there any you would recommend?

Well, I think you can do a BB Cream that targets acne. Clinique probably has something along those lines. As for your scars, Vitamin C serums are a great way to go..gentle exfoliation as you don't want to irritate your skin..and a BHA like salicylic acid will provide that exfoliating to help even skin tone. I'd be sure to use a sunscreen that is broad spectrum to kerp scars from darkening. Have you ever had a light peel from an Esthetician?

Oh..I would lose the Coty powder. It is heavily scented and fragrances can be incredibly irritating and worsen acne. Try to avoid products with fragrances...check labels. I hope the other members can help!

I'd consult a reputable spa to consult with a licensed Esthetician. Best of luck to you!

I have similar problems regarding my skin and I use a blackhead uprooting scrub and a comedone extractor and wash my face atleast thrice a day.Use products that have salicylic acid rather than those that have moisturisers though we need some moisturization as well. According to me removing the gunk out of your pores can do wonders.Trust me.I've found a lot of difference in my skin after starting this clean up routine :)

Peels definitely help. I have one from the drugstore that's pretty good plus glycolic acid helps with acne and fading acne scars.
