I'm 17 with combined skin type. I have oily yet dry skin. I need a moisturizer that helps my dry skin but isn't oily. I've recently tried jergens, and it burns my face. It gets really itchy, red and burns BADLY. So I'm looking for a different moisturizer. I also wear make-up so I need something that won't make my face look cakey, and within a decent price range not too expensive. Any recommendations?? 😣

I like the CeraVe Moisturizing cream.
I'm very oily but have been using prescription retinal and I've been peeling and super dry.

This moisturizer is a tad heavy but actually moisturizes my skin I find my face isn't as oily when I use this moisturizer.
Since it moisturizes my skin doesn't over produce as much oil

I use Aveeno. I love how light it is and it lasts a long time too! I like to apply it before bed n the next day my skin is hydrated all day.

I use one from Lush its really good best one I've used, most ingredients are natural. I've definitely seen an overall improvement.c.

I use the body shops seaweed one, because it calms my incredibly sensitive skin, but it's made for combination skin. It controls oils while moisturizing. I have dry skin and it moisturizes me great, but not in an oily way at all, and I never get oily skin after starting this. Sometimes if I get stressed my face will be oily. But not with this line.

Besides the other product recommendations, I would just encourage you to drink more water! Take a bottle to school with you and sip on it all day. It sounds like you have sensitive and dehydrated skin.

Oh and I forgot to say, anything that burns or itches on your face is very bad. I wouldn't use that product again.
