Do all the blackheads and whiteheads on the face turn into pimples and even if they don't, do they get worser or what exactly happens? keen to know.

Well whiteheads are pimples.
blackheads are pores that are clogged with dirt/oil/dead skin/etc. they can turn into whiteheads, but not all do.
whiteheads heal over time - about a week for me - so it's best not to pick at them or they'll scar. blackheads can get worse over time, some eventually turning into whiteheads as I previously mentioned.

They can definitely grow larger if not treated. Tackle them when they are small because if it grows too large, it can permanently cause your pores to remain that large. Look for products with benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. Don't forget to exfoliate. :D.
