How do I cause it to stop doing that? my concealer just sits on my face and creates splotches.

What brand of concealer do you use? Because sometimes it might just be the brand.

Is it only the concealer that is breaking up or is it all your face makeup?

Well I only use concealer (urban decay naked skin) & powder.

My friends tell me I don't need makeup but I use it to make my nose look smaller.

You might be applying too much concealer, powder, or both. Also, do you moisturize or use a primer before you apply it? That may help, as well.

Use a primer/ bb cream. Also try getting a setting spray like urban decay or nyx or elf. And try using a powder and not too much. Also try applying/touching your powder up during the day if possible.

My makeup always separates by my nose, mostly because of my oils and my glasses, plus I touch the area a lot. Maybe it's separating because of these reasons? Or maybe the Naked Skin concealer doesn't work for your skin type.
