For cracked, fleshy, damaged lips i usually scrub my lips with a small toothbrush, (that'll take ur dry unwanted lip flesh off) and then i rinse, pat dry, and then moisturize with Vaseline. I recommend Vaseline because you get more moisture for ur dry lips, it leaves them soft and smooth (:

I think good ol' Vaseline or vitamin E oil works the best. Vitamin E oil is about $5 and in the health food/supplement isle. That's what I use. Stick a q-tip in the jar and apply to lips.
