I don't have any advice, but I just wanted to say everything is made up of chemicals. So you really can't avoid them. Look at this picture, its the chemicals inside a banana, blueberry and egg. So doing anything without chemicals is impossible.

I mean benzy things and all. No experiments.

You mean benzoyl peroxide? If you want to get rid of acne salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide are one of the best ways of exfoliating deep without aggravating the acne. I'm not sure what you mean by no experiments though.

1. Nail whitening polishes are great for that, there's also a white cosmetic pencil you can use to "colour" in the tip to make it whiter
2. Whitening toothpastes, drink more water, whitening trays
3. Have a proper everyday skin routine. Cleanse, tone, exfoliate (twice a week) and moisturise. But keep in mind that it takes a while to start working so don't be disappointed if you don't see results straight away.
4. Swap foods (for example, have an apple instead of crisps). Buy brightly-coloured fruits and vegs (I particularly like bell peppers, watermelon and kiwi) as they are more appealing on the eye. Drink 8+ glasses of water each day, cut down on sugary foods and foods containing saturated fat, fatty acids and added salts and sugars. Don't add salt or sugar to your foods.
5. Build it up gradually, for example don't try and run a 5km run off bat if you've never done it before. Gym memberships I find are good for motivation as you've paid money, but running around your local park is good too. I'd also invest in a pair of ankle weights as they really helped me, mine are 2.5kg. If you are running, good running shoes are a must. I love Skechers flex knit but good running shoes generally aren't cheap.
6. Push your boundaries! Look up looks that you like on here and YouTube and Pinterest that you think will be challenging and recreate them!
7. Use the aforementioned skin routine on your neck too!

In all honesty, everything has chemicals in it and it'll be a full time job trying to find stuff that doesn't.

I am not willing to use chemicals as they work for a short time and work well. But then they start having some real bad effects. My dad's a pharmasist and so he doesnot allow me to use chemicals or any thing found on the net involving chemical to whiten the face or use remidies. So whatever I want to use I confirm it with my dad and then use it. And my mom has pores on her cheeks because she used a chemical some thime back. And thank you so so so much hannah. I reakky appreciate it. And kpokay ill show my patience for the skin care and neck. Thank youuuuuuu!!

And my dad has stopped my crisps and drinks so that I can gain some health and not fall ill.

Like I said, everything is chemicals. So I guess you answered your questions, because there's zero products that anyone can recommend with no chemicals. I don't know what you mean at all, because I've never heard of "quick fix" skincare products that work well for a short time and then give bad effects. But regardless, there's no chemical free anything.

Also, just to let you know, everyone has pores. They are everywhere on your body. They can be enlarged by dirt or by genetics, but I've never heard of any chemical causing enlarged pores, except overuse of pore strips.

But everything is made of chemicals. You are made of chemicals. Like the picture I provided, those are the chemicals in two fruit and an egg. Everything has chemicals, so you will have to avoid everything. Even water has chemicals in it. So I'm sorry, but there's no way to help you with that unless there's one or two certain chemicals that your father is talking about. As a pharmacist he should know that everything is chemicals. What he does is literally mixing chemicals, and so is cooking, and everything you use ever is made of chemicals. Do you understand what I'm saying? Because I don't know how to help, there's no right answers here if you want chemical free, then even water is not acceptable.

Can't your dad recommend you some products to use? But like Alyx and I said, EVERYTHING has chemicals. Swimming pools have chemicals, a strawberry has chemicals, an exfoliant has chemicals. The food we buy from supermarkets is doused in chemicals to preserve their shelf life. I and people for generations have used chemicals on their faces for years, with little to no ill effects. If chemicals really were all that bad, organisations like the FDA would have banned them from cosmetic use years ago. Chemicals aren't all bad. Like Alyx said, everybody has pores. How else do you think products get absorbed, blackheads develop, etc?
However, it is good that he has stopped crisps and unhealthier drinks, but falling ill is not always due to a bad diet. I eat tons of fruit and veg and drink 3L+ of water a day, but I fall ill. It can be due to stress, genetics, a weakened immune system, viral infections, an immune disorder, etc. He must understand that people sometimes simply cannot help falling ill and if we didn't fall ill ever there would be no natural immunity in our bodies.
