Tartes' tartelette, showstopper, rainforest, poppy fields palettes, kat von d shade and light eye palette, urban Decay naked basics 1&2. Viseart has a matte palette. Smashbox shapes matters has some mattes, coastal scents any of the 88 matte, 252 matte, 28 matte sets. Almost every brand has at least one matte palette.

Too Faced have an all matte palette (available in stores and here on beautylish) Tarte has an all matte palette called Tartlette (available in sephora and on tartes website) IT cosmetics has an all matte palette called Naturally Pretty - it's all matte but with a shimmery "top coat" that can be put over any of the matte colors to make them shimmery (Available at ulta and here on Beautylish)

Kat Von D Shade & Light eye palette is my go to matte palette. It's broken into sections of warm, cool, and neutral shades. If you're looking for bolder colors, check out bh cosmetics :)
