Ok, so I'm 16 and I never really felt the need to use makeup. Anyways my parents never really let me buy any. But since I will be turning 17 this year, I think I should get started. I was wondering, as an amateur, what things should I start with? I already have a mascara but I hardly use it. And I have also have a blue and a purple sparkle eye liner, which I don't use either since I don't know how to apply it. And also, an tips on how I should use it? Thanks c:

I think that at 17 you should now start learning how to enhance your beauty. Try learning how to line your eyes, use your mascara and lip stains are good for starters. If you don't have to conceal anything then you are very lucky but try to use a BB cream first before you use a foundation. :) Have fun!

When I first started wearing makeup I only wore a mascara then as I got more into makeup I would wear eyeshadow then concealer lol. It all really depends on what your comfortable with. But don't wear too much or you'll cover up your natural beauty :)

I started wearing makeup when I was 14 and only ever used a bronze eye shadow, thin line of eye liner, and mascara. And I always wore chap stick or lipgloss! It's all about what you're comfortable with. But I'd just keep it simple until you really get into it!
