Yes! I use mine twice a day along with Cerave cleanser. Scrubs away all your make up grime at night.

I had one for over couple of years now...I'm not really sure if it had effects on dealing with acne and breakouts...it will definitely clean your face but I find this true by using the every day facial exfoliater...you can always try it for couple of Weeks and if you don't like it you can return it especially if you bought it from Sephora for example..good luck :)
