Silver, it is the least noticeable, except for white but white discolors. I have braces too (for 6 years!) but I'm getting mine off in one month :D.

Sliver, gray or no color. Not a light one cause it will stain but not one that looks like food.

Teal! Or pink! I've always picked fun, bright colors and I always get lots of compliments!

I actually just got my braces on today and I don't see why you can't have fun with it so I picked colors I like! (pink and purple), but when I change my colors I'm getting clear I think, just to see if it looks better.

Depending on how bright you want it but an aqua light blue lime green purple or hot pink look really good but if you don't want it too bright a silver also looks really cute :)

Usually light colors. nothing bright. white will make your teeth look yellow. I remember I used to just get silver. my orthodontist did coloring differently. it was a rubber chain. not the bracket. it actually looks cleaner. I loved it.
