One word. Toothpaste. No lie. Easy to do just whenever your about to brush your teeth put some on the brush and brush your lips with toothpaste. Made mine kissably soft ;-)

I like mixing sugar, olive oil and honey together. You could skip the honey though :)

Linda, I don't mean to be a downer on your idea which is actually a great idea with the toothbrush to exfoliate. But the toothpaste will over time lighten your lip color. Great idea though :)
