Hey guuys! Just not sure what it's used for, and not sure what it does! Haha thanks :) oh! And if you've used it, do you like it? Like does it work for you? :)

Eyebrow cream or powders are a different way to fill in your brows. It's an alternative to a pencil. I use a matte taupe shadow to fill mine in.
