I find herbal essences 'tousle me softly' products work for me! Cheap, quick and holds curls in place without looking oily or wet :)

LO'REAL new ever style curl activating mousse. U just put some of that in and blow dry your hair upside down while scrunching. 😘 Hope this helps!!
