They had a thing on the news saying that they can make you go blind eventually. So I'd say nay but they do look pretty.

Nay... most of the time its very unnatural looking and every eye color is beautiful so no need to hide yours.

I remember years ago I was in a pub and there was this girl with the most amazing bright blue eyes ever, and I mean seriously amazing, I complimented her on them (drunk in the pub toilets haha) and she told me they were contacts and pulled on out infront of me.. I was horrified (eyes freak me out) but they looked so good!!

Also, they often use coloured contacts in films and tv, have you ever watched prison break? Michaels eyes look so good in that!

Yay if done safely. Not everyone can wear colored nonprescription contacts. See an optometrist first! If they say you can't do it, don't. If they say yes, you can. Don't wear them for longer than a couple hours. Use proper hygiene. Take proper care of the lenses and inspect them for debris, tears, and folds before inserting them. With proper use, they are completely safe. I have been wearing costume contacts for years and I have no problems with my eyes.

I'd say yay. But not to wear them for too much of a long period as they could be damaging to your eye. But they're a fun way to change up your look and depending on the colour you get they could end up looking pretty natural :)

Nay... it looks unnatural.. especially if you have brown eyes and try blue contacts.
