I have one to go to tomorrow and I know what to wear but what can I do with my hair that is appropriate? I have pretty long hair that I can do a lot with.

Have the fronts twisted or pulled to the back?

I would just leave it down and straight or wavy-nothing too over the top or over-styled or you can go with a pulled back option like a sock bun. All those are super easy and non-imposing... you can pretty much do anything as long as its not over the top

I think you should just put it in a pony tail , not poofy or anything just straight. If your hair is long it will workout. You don't want nothing over the top it's a respect thing.
