Since I'm too scared of ruining my hair with a perm I'm thinking of starting to curl my hair again...What is the best thing I can put in my hair to keep it safe? Also, any curling tips? I have a really old clamp style curling iron that works well but I always mess it up.

I lovee the treseme heat protector and what I did with my clamp curler is I unscrewed the clamp and now I use it as a straight wand. Hope hat helps! :)
