Foundation, concealer if necessary, a light, natural toned blush and mascara. I don't think eye liner is necessary for say wear, but that's a personal choice.

For school you're best to go with a style that isn't considered "party make up"
Go with some liquid foundation followed by concealer. Do a basic eye shadow colour like gold and do a thin line of eyeliner on your top eyelid. Follow up with some mascara and top and bottom eye lashes. Finish off with some powder then spray some hair spray over your face to hold the look all day. Also use a clear lip gloss. It's school so you don't want to look like you're going clubbing

I'm in high school and I just wear foundation, concealer, little bit of blush, eyeshadow and mascara, sometimes I will wear a neutral lipgloss.

I would recommend just some tinted moisturizer and mascara. Then concealer where you need it. At this age the only thing you need to cover up is blemishes and maybe some discoloration. So tinted moisturizer is enough.
