I have really, really fine hair and I want it to be a bit thicker and stronger so it won't fall out so much!
I know hair does fall out naturally but not this much :/
My hair is soft and well hydrated but defiantly not dry!

I use minimal heat on my hair (blow-dry my hair on the lowest heat setting and don't straighten it as its naturally dead strait anyway) and I always use heat protection spray and leave in conditioners.
I have tried thickening cream treatments and they didn't work and just smell very chemical.

I have very thick hair and I hate it I can't curl it and if I blow dry it, it gets frizzy so Idk how to help you sorry.

Pay attention to your hair! hair growth comes from the scalp so your diet and scalp treatments help more w/ growth, like an hr before you wash your hair massage coconut oil on your scalp for a good five min or so. also wash your hair less! on avg. you lose 50-100 hairs, on days you was you lose atleastn250. any time you lose hair it becomes thinner & adds up, just be gentle w/ it:)

Take biotin pills. They help hair grow. Also get coconut oil and honey and let it soak in your hair for 20 min cover with shower cap then wash with cold water after 20 min restores shine and helps stimulate roots

Biotin! 1 tab Daily! My hairdressers told me that massaging your scalp also helps with hair growth. He claims blood flow and stimulation through the scalp adds length over time
