This looks like a vintage dress so you shud try really lite face with bright red lips and smokey eyes
as for your hair you shud have it up in a bun look on youtube for different types of bun, the more old fashioned the better xx

I'd keep the makeup fairly simple, maybe a coral lip and a nice vinged eyeliner. for hair I would curl it and go for a side parting! :)

I agree with Lauren N. for the hair. For the makeup, I think you should do a red lip and a cat eye.

I feel like since the top of the dress has so much detail (it's a beautiful dress btw) you should either do a sleek high ponytail or a messy updo. And I think either you should do a bold red or pink lip with some dramatic mascara if you do the ponytail and if you do the messy updo do a grey subtle smokey eye with a light nudish pink lip!
