Super Red And Pumply Skin, Help!!

I once had some pimples on my cheeks and I picked them (not supposed to do that, learned my lesson) , that was over a year ago. I still have red spots on my cheeks that won`t go away!! Their even, but once I apply my foundation, they shine through!! Please suggest some products that will get the redness out, summer is coming and I don`t want to apply 2 coats of foundation daily. +I have some hyperpigmantation. please help :S.
