I don't know about the eyeliner, but make sure your mascara is water proof, non water proof makes the curl come undone after using a curler. :)

Practice , Practice , Practice! A very good felt tip liner that allows you to have more control as well. I love Stila's Stay All Day Eyeliner.. my holy grail! Also youtube some tutorials so you have more of an idea how to achieve that perfect wing :) GOOD LUCK.

When I first started doing winged eyeliner I started with using a felt tip that was hard and not like a brush which have me more control. Maybelline liquid liner waterproof is a must have for me. Also holding your upper eyelashes down to start off with can give you some confidence at first in making your line. Hope this helps.

Try heating up your eyelash curler with your blow dryer for a few seconds, then curl your lashes they will stay in place all day long.

Eyeliner: use a fine angle brush to draw the wing first then work from the outside in. Essentially, the wing side should be thicker than the inner corner side.
Eyelashes: use a primer, curl from the base of the lashes, release, middle of the lashes, release, then near the tip. You can use a little bit of heat but not too much where it will damage your eyelashes. The wiggle mascara from the base then swift off the tip. The bold base creates longer looking lashes. Use a clean spoolie to hold your mascara curl until it dries.
