Hey guys! I need some help! I'm on the hunt for a good but CHEAP waterproof liquid eyeliner. I want it to be super black, and waterproof. I have a problem with most of my liquid liners, always getting messed up when my eyes water and I'm wearing a cat eye. :/ so yeah, anyone know of a good one??

I don't shop at the higher end make up stores but I know drugstores don't make a waterproof liquid eyeliner but maybelliene makes a gel pencil eyeliner which is waterproof that glides so easily!
