I recommend you to try argan oil, I use the one from pro naturals which is very good, leaves the hair soft, shiny and pretty. :D.

I agree with Monique! argan old is amazing! it's perfect for VERY dry hair. if your hair is only a little bit dry try Elvive miracle oil! if you can't find argan oil olive oil can work but the argan oil gives it a much smoother feel. good luck, girl!

I had really dry and over processed hair and what worked for me was washing it only once or twice a week. Sounds gross lol but it helps :)

Oil does help as the other girls has said but oil onky locks in moisture it doesn't provide it.
I suggest you follow these steps as I was in yoyr situation and my hair is well on its way to full repair!
1) use a shampoo and conditioner that os ment for dry brittle hair. redkin has some great ones that I use!
2) COMB your condioner through your hair in the shower
3) DO NOT USE A BRUSH ON WET HAIR! tgis is what causes split ends and breakage COMB through with a WIDE TOOTH COMB make sure its only wide tooth!
4) use a good leave in conditioner daily this will give you moisture then you can use your oil to lock in that moisture
5) comb that through
6) don't sleep with wet hair this also causes breakage nor use bobby pins on wet hair. generally be really gentle on wet hair because this is when its at its weakest

I use coconut oil. put it in at night and wash your hair in the morning. I know honey helps too with a little of olive oil.

My hair is dry and very damaged. Once every two weeks I mix honey, an egg, and olive oil together and soak my hair for 30 mins. It works AMAZING! And is cheap and natural. If your scalp is oily then avoid the roots.

I have pretty dry hair because I color it, use heat on it, and I also have well water. A couple weeks ago I purchased some stuff from the brand "It's a 10" and I absolutely love all of it. I bought the daily moisture shampoo and conditioner(I believe that's what it is, comes in the dark blue bottles) and the miracle leave in treatment. I haven't had my hair cut in a while and after using these things for a couple weeks it feels almost as good as when it's freshly cut and it's way softer. It's pricey but totally worth it in my opinion. And it's sulfate free which is way better for your hair.

I use a microfiber towel to dry my hair because the cotton ones leave my hair too dry and I get knots. I also think you should try coconut oil I have heard a lot of good things about it. You can buy it online or at walmart and do homemade masks
