Is your skin oily in those areas or dry? for drugstore hard candy blushes are great, if your skin is dry in those areas you could try a stain or cream blush.

I love nyx blush and the loreal ones, I love mattes but shimmers.tend to cling better.

I use a cream blush as a base and then put powdered blush on top of it

What Amelia said. Layering will really give you more staying power, and if it does start fading it fades more evenly instead of splotchy patches with no color.
